The Pop Star Portrays a Hell Version of Her Own Identity in Mockumentary Teaser
The celebrated musician is gearing up for a significant cinematic onslaught in 2026, kicking off with the satirical film titled The Moment.
In the film, the artist portrays what she describes as a hell version of herself.
It’s the truest representation of the entertainment world that I’ve ever seen, the star commented.
She clarified in a discussion: It’s not a tour documentary, but the idea stemmed from the expectation to make one.
A Sneak Peek into The Moment
The first teaser, launched on recently, combines actual recordings from Charli’s Sweat tour with fictionalized backstage scenes.
The film is directed and co-written by Aidan Zamiri, who revealed that the plot centers on a reality where the singer took completely different paths during the publicity of her smash hit album Brat.

She recently joined to star in the actress’s maiden directing project A Tree in Blue.
I’m thoroughly loving my foray into acting, she stated. I’m highly enthusiastic at the moment in this area, and I always want to do projects that excite me.

Next February will also bring the release of Emerald Fennell’s interpretation of Wuthering Heights, which will showcase original songs from the singer.
Additionally, she will compose the score for the drama Mother Mary, starring Anne Hathaway and Michaela Coel, set to be released in the coming year.
The mockumentary will be released on the 30th of January.
